Closest is Portland or Eugene. So if I don't bake it, we don't get it. I've really cut down on my baking though as you can probably tell by the recipes I've blogged. I actually made this one in the spring.<br /><br />I've made my banana bread recipe using gluten free flours and it actually tuned out well. More often than not though I use regular flour but I always buy organic.<br /><br />We went gluten free for 3 weeks in September and we didn't notice any difference in our health, nor did we feel different. I ha...Brandy, this is torture (but in a good way).<br /><br />I have been too lazy to bake since I turned vegan as it not only involves dairy free and non-egg but also the gluten-free version. The good thing is, I don't eat these calorie-bombs any more, the bad thing... I miss out on a great piece of cake.
